You may loose your games on your PC if it crashes (obviously) but your purchase is associated with your PSN ID so you can re-download/delete as many times as you want.
It's a PSP downloadable game only, you can download it onto your PS3 then transfer it to your PSP OR you can use the PS Store directly from your PSP OR you can go to the PS Store on your PC then transfer it to your PSP.

I like steel book cases like the Perfect Dark Zero and Lost Planet collectors edition, and I have the Big Daddy model which is cool but for the most part it stuff you don't need and becomes clutter more than anything.
